Lisa King is a figurative painter with a multi-disciplinary background who has had to fight for her place in the street art scene, challenged by systemic sexism and a culture which favours speed above authenticity.
Lisa discusses the issues that plague women in the street art industry, and puts out a call to arms for women across the arts to stand up, band together and fight the systems that no longer serve anyone, no matter where they fit on the gender spectrum.
