Ling is a muralist and graffiti writer, proud of his graffiti roots and the importance it still holds for him today. Although street art pays his bills, both forms of painting hold equal value attention in his life.
While we didn't intentionally set out to talk about the influence of graffiti, it subtly became the thread throughout the conversation. If there was no graffiti, there would be no Ling. If there was no graffiti, there would be no street art. Even when we talk about anxiety, it is the graffiti culture of getting in and out, pushing through fear, that helps him to keep moving forward.
